A. Recommended cleaning is as follows. The number of people in your house a year. So if 2 people, then twice a year
Your carpet is fabric just like your clothing. Carpet isn't treated as good as our clothing. We wear a shirt once and wash it. We use our carpets daily and wait for it to be visibly dirty before we clean it.
Q: What type of carpet cleaning process does cleaning solutions use?
A. We are a full carpet cleaning company. We use both hot water (steam) extraction and dry cleaning method

A. Hot water or steam cleaning is the preferred and most popular method.
It still comes down to preference.
Q. What are the differences between the two methods?
A. Both methods use some form of water and chemical for cleaning. Steam is obviously used in steam cleaning, which kills germs in carpets, washes it and extracts all of the water and dirt out. Drying time is longer and varies in this method
A. Dry cleaning method uses a prespray chemical that is brushed in using a special machine. The chemicals get down into the fibers of the carpet. These special chemicals attaches to the dirt particals and crystallize in the drying process. The dirt is extracted up during normal vacuuming by homeowner. Drying time is about 2 hours
